Very pleasant staff but they provide a very poor service. The telephones service is practically nonexistent.. Either the phones or staff are useless. How could one possibly contact them in a crisis? With a large catchment of customers that exists the business needs a thorough shake up if it wishes to climb the star ladder. Being next to the surgery they have business handed to them on a plate.

This place is a joke, if you have time to waste and nothing better to do then use it. Went to pick meds up to be told will be ready in 20 minutes, went back after an hour to then be told we haven't got it, needs to be ordered so come back tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting service and so slow.

Only gave 1 star as 0 is not an option! Try calling.. no one ever answers the phone. Have stood in there and listened to the phone ringing, incessantly whilst the staff wander around looking vacant. When you do get to speak to someone, they'll never know where your prescription is, i.e. with them or Dr. They will say there is no more on the current repeat but then you find out that there is! Needs a good overhaul of staff

This place is awful to say the least. They never pick up the phone, the queues are always long in the store. Getting my medication from them has become a nightmare and they wouldn't return my batch of prescription so I can't even move to a different pharmacy.

Even though prescriptions supposed to be ready for collection often have to wait or come back another time. Frequently long queues at the counter and problems fulfilling simple orders.
