Really frustrating to deal with. Do not answer the phone, you wait on hold to get to the front of the queue, they finally answer, ask you to hold for a moment and then 10-15 mins passes and they don't pick up again. So I hang up and start again. This has just happened twice today and now calling again for the 3rd time hoping to speak to someone. Over 40 minutes on the phone and no progress. This has happened at least 3 times before over several months. I think they answer the phone, ask you to hold for a moment but have no intention of coming back to the call. It seems worse towards the end of the day, just keeping you on hold until they close and then the lines are switched off. Given I called over 90 mins before they close, this isn't acceptable.nnThey are slightly better in person but it's really hit and miss. I use an online pharmacy because using a local pharmacy is so painful, but sometimes the online ones let me down so have to rely on local. Tearing my hair out!!
Excellent service got my medication in a hurry, even though i was on holiday and i forgot my meds. My parent record was blank and they managed to quickly sort out with my gp the problem. All took abouy half hour.
Iv never been in there b4 waiting for half hour for tablets while the guy out the back playing with his mobile phone,nAbsolutely awful chemistnno customer service. Lady next to me said the same .so so slow while there is long que and he on his phone Absolutely disgusting
They may have been guilty of some of the other reviews in the past but not anymore. You’re seen quickly and medication is ready in 10 minutes considering you aren’t the only person waiting.nStaff are really nice and helpful, due to traffic I was needing to collect medication as I had ran out but wasn’t due to get there until after they closed. One member of staff very kindly waited for me to arrive so that I received my medication even though it was after closing.nnI recommended this pharmacy 5
Phoned 111, directed me to Overdown Pharmacy to collect prescription medication. Great service and friendly staff. All done, no hassle!!
