Today I had a small surgery in my nose. I was operated on by Mr McKenna. He did a great job. I want to say that all the staff who worked with me are absolutely lovely, friendly and caring. I remember the name of one beautiful woman, I think her name is Lynn. Or something similar. Very grateful to all the staff!
Visited OOH Dungannon today and the staff are so present, kind, caring and funny. I was nervous and i was put at ease by the lovely Judith and the nurse assisting her didn't get her name. Thank you so much.
I know there are a lot of issues with the NHS but credit were it is due! I had to get a minor, but painful and urgent treatment today on my ear. I called them this morning and they accommodated me giving me an appointment today straight after work. The girl that I had could not if been any better. Professional, caring but also extremely funny which took my mind off the pain. Sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for doing a great job
Attended minor injuries department on Saturday evening. All the staff were amazing so efficient and caring. Such an absolutely brilliant department.
Thank you to all the staff. My cataract surgery was a success. Even though they were all wearing facemasks it was easy to see by their eyes that they were smiling. Such a professional team. Special thanks to Professor Willoughby for a painless procedure.
