I recently visited this hospital when I took my son there for an appointment at the physiotherapy department.nThe hospital has modern facilities & equipment, contributing to a more comfortable & effective treatment experience.nTo top if off, the staff are so friendly & accommodating with great level of professionalism.nnPS; always plan to arrive a bit early for appointments, as you may need more time for your parking.
I want to give the staff of Mid Ulster Health Care their flowers and to give credit where credit is due. Any time I have any issues or queries they are helpful, efficient and understanding. I genuinely tell everyone, if they can, to switch to this GP because of how much I commend the staff in this place!nnI do want to give a special shout out to the nurse, who when I was having medical problems and she couldn’t get in touch with me about test results because the phone number on file wasn’t up to date I’m sure this happens to so many people, check your phone numbers and details! and eventually did - I felt like she really genuinely cared about me and gave me concise clear instruction on the next steps. I have no idea what your name is and I’m sure this happens all the time and could be anyone, but to this particular nurse, whoever you are, I love you thank you so much for caring and for doing the best job!nnWe know the NHS is under a lot of pressure and the staff are overworked and underpaid but I just want to say your hard work and commitment does not go unnoticed and I hope youse all sleep well at night knowing youse are doing a great job. Obviously that doesn’t pay the bills but nonetheless
Today i had an appointment in Dungannon hospital for a CT scan! I was two hours early ! I was ready to wait! Staff was a bit surprised and asked me that do i realised that i was way too early!? I said yes! They took me in and did the scan i got out 10 minutes after! Fantastic experience! 10 stars!
Margaret at outpatients booking was exceptional with her help and support today. She is so professional and thorough and helpful andcfruendly. Thank you.
Had to take the better half to this hospitalnfor an eye checkup. First time ever to SouthnTyrone and boy what a difference it wasncompared to the bedlam that is our hospitals up in Belfast it was like i remember our hospitals used to be quietnuncrowded and although we were early, wenwere taken right away for the appointmentnBest of all .. the staff friendly smiling andnhad time for a bit of banter while still goingnabout their jobs in a professional and efficient manner so a big shout out tonMichelle Marie Frances and Katie in thencateract unit all are a credit to their profession !nIm not naive enough to believe they dontnhave their moments of chaos like all ournHospitals but this visit really was a pleasentnsurprise.
