If I could rate the place a zero I would. My mother has ended up admitted to Craigavon hospital as doctor Miller has turned a blind eye to her serious issue for years. After Googling and doing my own research, I worked out what her condition was which was then confirmed by a doctor in Craigavon lastnight. Her doctor more or less ignored her anytime she went in about this issue and brushed it off each time. She was also very patronising and spoke down to my mother a lot. Im not letting this issue lie as it is complete and utter negligence! Surprised this place is still open. The are cramming patients in to get more money and they don't give a hoot about anyone. As long as they are lining their pockets. Disgusting!!
That's why I didn't go to the doctor either... Although according to all the signs, I have vein problems, my leg is swollen and moisture is coming out all the time, and it hurts... It's sad when you can't get normal care here!
Very very rude receptionists- made my girlfriend cry once saying it’s not an emergency that she ran out of medication which has serious withdrawal side effects, receptionists think they have medicine degrees.
if 0 stars was possible it's the only review they deserve. for years I was sent home "with a flu that'll pass by" whilst I'd be too weak to walk far. couldn't stomach anything and would vomit so much I'd start committing blood. turns out I had ulcerative colitis and if not for my home country educated doctors I'd be dead. DEAD that what my blood results came back as. thank Campbell surgery for not caring about those who put the money in your pockets. CORRUPT
Hard to get through in the morning for an appointment. 40 calls in 20 minutes, 8:30 to 8 :50 When this will change I'll give 5* Receptionist was nice and efficient. The doctor was great.
Would give 0 start if I could. Worst surgery ever. Reception is mean unhelpful and problematic. Cant get an appointment for weeks.
Hi OK there may be a bit of a wait to see a doctor but when you do you get the best. Doctors reception staff nurses plebotomists and phone operators are all excellent especially when dealing with a wide range of patients and a lot of people. They do the best they can with the resources they have and I thank them for the help and support that they have given me and my family
After over 10yrs with this place so so happy when they removed me from the list. Incompetent at the best of times to say the least. Some of the staff okay to deal with however when Rita attempted to advise me on my diabetes I laughed and said I would prefer to take advice from a health practitioner not a secretary. This apparently fell into abusive behaviour. The GP's totally awful. One smart ass Dr Santin made such a fuss when asked to change one word on a prescription it was laughable to my diabetic nurse. Dr Martin and Dr Mc Rory both told me a blood sugar reading between 19 and 23 was okay... resulting in me being hospitalised!!! As for to see a doctor... forget it... you have to get past nurse Mullen first. Prescriptions take 72hrs to process.... A joke!!!!! Biggest favour they ever done for me was to remove me from the list.... With The Northland Surgery now and what a different story.... Thanks but no thanks Campbell...Ps one retired Dr Kennedy almost killed me with painkillers and sedatives keeping in mind I am a recovering alcoholic... Be warned!!!! On reflection I also want to add that I have encountered Ciara, Francella and Ruth receptionists..... All very pleasant and helpful also a Dr Carson who was always lovely and very caring.......!!!
The staff that answer the phone should be fired .no manners disgruntled employee taking their mood swings out on patients who are looking help from a doctor disgusting.
Really bad clinic as receptionists are so rude no help from them... Happened that i waited over one hour outside in cold for my blood to be taken and they forget me.
