what a rubbish company. they changed us to business when we have lived in this same house 40 years plus and after many telephone calls they have moved us back to household but we still getting red demand letter from water plus so the letters are wrong they have lied.

Called first thing to check engineer was coming between 8am-1pm as previously arranged, was assured he would.   Was nice to get straight through to a utility company and speak to a real person within seconds, which would have deserved full marks, however when the engineer had not turned up by 1.26pm I called again to be told they would call me back. My partner has waited in all morning, I wonder if they will reimburse him for his lost time off work?  I still await their call, should have known the first experience was too good to be true.  Watch this space

Two weeks ago no: 12, Norman Road, Park Hall, Walsall, WS5 3QJ had a water pipe installed by Sth Staffs Water from the public footpath to some part of the property. Barriers were placed around the work site and cones plus road signs were placed 25 yards up road from the work Site and fifty yards down from the work site. The work was done in a couple of days, and tarmacking followed very quickly afterwards. Since that time the site has been left alone.
From then until this morning, Friday the 16th June both the cones and the road signs have been moved by day and by night to various sites in the vicinity, including the middle of the road and onto front gardens.
I rang ere Sth Staffs this morning. First time I got cut off after 3 minutes, the second timeI waited, a lady spoke to me then put me back on hold and after another couple of minutes cut me off AGAIN. On the third call I spoke to Denise, who was very helpful by conveying my anger about these cones being in my front garden this morning, and promising to speak to a manager about removing them.
The cones were later removed by one person, and later still the barriers w
were removed by another crew.
There seems to be no policy or organisation about removing the above items after the work has finished, until a complaint is made and possible publicity threatened.
My thanks to Denise at Reception who is the ONLY heroin in this instance.Direction and/or policy by management appears to be non-existence.

Bloody useless.
I've always p paid £13 a month. As I am a sole occupier..
The last few months they have put it up to £22 a month
Me.. why ha s my bill gone up to £22.
SS Moron .. cos ur using more water.
Me...No, I'm not I'm using less as I don't have a washer and I'm in a meter, so actually I'm using less.
SS Moron.. well I'll put it to £15 a month..
Me.. no, u won't, I'll leave it at £13 a month...
SS Moron... Oh OK!!!
