Architecturally beautiful building with friendly and helpful staff.
Taxi licensing is great service... the staff are helpful and patient. Quick service.
Most awful team of people I have ever had to endure. Good luck if you need any assistance with them. Never felt so let down and frustrated with a whole team before. Normally there is one person who actually cares. Not with walsall school admissions. Really needs investigating and replacing the staff with people who actually want to do a job. Lazy, arrogant and vile. After this week hopefully I will never have to deal with them again. But God help anyone who does.
Completely useless phones never get answers and I've been trying to get my children into school for 9 months now. Emails forwards and backwards and im getting nowhere. The website is terrible to try and do anything productive it seems I'm doing a lot of chasing maybe stop paying our council tax these lot would soon phone us back
Walsall Council failed in its statutory duty to place my child in a school and has been 4 months. Staff jobsworth would be better suited are a complete waste of time, Hardly ever pick up the phone. keep fobbing me off to call next week, that they are working on mid year applications. Would not recommend them to anyone. would not even give them the 1 star if i could. Edited - when I wrote this review it had been 4 months my son was not in a school. To date my son is still WITHOUT a school place and has MISSED A YEAR of schooling and no none from children missing education has been in touch! If I had taken my child out of school during term time for a holiday there would have an uproar and I would have been fined!! Had I known the school admissions were this useless I would have made alternative arrangements!!
Awful customer service, dont even bother trying to call this council, I have called various times throughout the years and waited in queues for over 40 min, and when its my turn they hang up straight away before I even get to speak, horrendous I've given up on calling..its so rude
Total waste of time!! Fill up on parking as you're going to need it! You could alternatively call and get.... Press 1 for pressing more numbers. Press 2 for someone to put you through to the correct department Press 3 to pay a parking fine that you probably got visiting our offices Press 4 if you're having a nervous breakdown because of our phone system and waiting times......
Possibly the worst school admissions department going. I have rang so many times and cannot get through or leave a message. Automated message tells me “there are no operators to take your call, please call back later” and then my call is disconnected . It’s been weeks like this.
Worst Council School Admission ever. Sent more than 20 emails but no reply at all. Ring them NEVER answers. Just doubt are you all doing your job ???????
Helpful staff on reception, they gave good advice and contacted correct person who came down with answer to my question. Even provided letter as proof for me.
