Just read a few reviews and i totally disagree. I was treated very well and was applauded for my positive attitude towards finding new employment. Both the people who acted as Work Coaches couldn't be more helpful and supportive.

some staff are racist at the jobcentre makes you so angry my work coach is brilliant im entitled to a job on offer just the same as anyone else same with work experience

staff drink tea, take there time and look down on people as there so much more superior, yea right!! need training in customer service desperately. brain dead and clueless..

Worst jobcentre I've ever attended. You walk In and your greeted by rude and abnoxious staff. The security looks at brown and Asian claimants in patronising and demeaning way. Staff will not change signing on dates when clashed with interviews or study curriculum time. No help what so ever walk in and they hand you numbers to call, and try to hand medical evidence and they snatch it with acknowledging or clarifying gets taken of u. Ask them to help you with expenses or costs towards new job interviews they limit individual who may have what and patronising the others by saying they should ask the new employer to provide uniform or fleeces in winter. They only provide one outfit that your supposed to wash, dry and iron everyday but no empathy or help towards an extra pair of clothing to tie bye. Staff refuses or acknowledge your presence when approached all faces of staff are dead when asked any staff anything. They impose or threat jobcentre rules on valuable people who may be disabled or illiterate not able to read or right instead of guiding them to better the chances of finding jobs maybe English or maths classes. Worst worst worst ever, staff are just total bigots.

Staff are obnoxious and uncaring of your predicament, even if you are there to look for work without being on benefits. Appointments are always late because of the staff sitting around talking about what other things. Overall, unproductive.
