Top marks to the IV clinic team who have been nothing but wonderful the couple of times I've had to come in for treatment over the past week. Running on time and just lovely people. Makes a world of difference to take your mind off of it and pass the time when your health is being a pain in the backside. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Phoned my own Dr at South shore medical centre with a problem of a cough which I've had for 6 months, iv visited throughout this 6 months to no real answers to my problem by the dr's? I ended up going to walking centre who were very surprised in the none effort of my GP, they were excellent in giving me a x ray on my chest the same night! Then they said they would send the results to my GP, my heart sank!?! Iv phoned my GP 10 days later to be told we know nothing about your results!! What is happening to the UK NHS ??? Please comment?

Went for my flu jab and covid booster It was well organised by the staff that were there and it didn't take long for me to be jabbed and then leave the premises

Absolutely awful place. Been trying to make an appointment to see a dr for a week. Told to phone at 7.30am which I do and I am then in a queue for 10/15 minutes to then be told all appointments have gone and try again at 7.30 tomorrow. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

This has been a great service from South shore surgery Highfield great care always so helpful from doctors nurses admin staff very clean been getting really good care from day 1 fantastic group of people so professional always take biscuits when I can thank you all. JohnRooney

Since moving here from the south we have had great service from Stoneyhill and can’t speak highly enough of the care we have received. Both staff and service knock spots off our southern surgery.

Nice modern building with friendly and helpful staff. I find supporting minds extremely good and highly recommend them. For other people there are several different surgery's all under one roof with a chemist on the ground floor. Toilets and a lift are available for those in need. Parking spaces are limited, however there doesn't seem to be parking restrictions on neighbouring streets. That said allow extra time to find somewhere to park.

Had my COVID-19 jab here today. Extremely efficient and professional staff who were very patient with the unfortunate one or two people who were being difficult and in one case bordering on abusive why are you forcing people to queue outside?!.

What a let down the dentist part had to take my other to it the women there where rude and made him feel so uncomfortable and where rough. Blackpool vic dentist and whitegate drive dentist far nicer.. Bed side manners would have been nice. Glad it ain't my dentist
