We booked a cab for 18:30, they said they would send one for 18:15. Gets to 18:35 and no show. Phone the cab company and they tell us they have no record of the booking being made. Shocking service. Won't use them again.

Arrived 25 minutes late with no apology from driver after booking over an hour in advance, quoted 'about £15' for trip on the phone (I expected £15-£20 realistically) and then tried to charge us £25 for the journey come the end of it. Meter wasn't used, seemed to be whatever they felt like charging at the time.
