Incredibly rude. Called to pre book two taxis. Nobody even answered the phone the first time I called. Second time, somebody finally answered and told me they couldn't pick me up at 1:30pm as "it's 1pm or nothing". When I said 1pm would be fine the lovely chap hung up. No need to be so rude when Uber is quicker, easier and cheaper....

Very professional and very well mannered driver. Found the best routes to Bristol city centre. Recommended and will be using them again.
