It cannot be that to call to request an appointment you have more than 20 minutes calling and that in that time they do not answer you, then they answer you and tell you that there are no appointments available that you call 111 if you have a serious problem. If I am calling my doctor it is because I have something but it is not to go to the hospital. Then they say that the NHS is very saturated if the health centers in the areas no longer want to work after COVID-19 they are all excuses to do as little as possible this is not something normal we want a solution we can no longer be doing more than 100 calls to see if they cannot attend or if we are lucky to be able to speak with a doctor if we have this center it is because we need to not call to say hello and ask about your family if not because we need Attention.
One of the worst surgeries I have ever seen. Three days trying to book an appointment, each day 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the afternoon without luck. Today morning called for 10 minutes and I was put on the queue successfully, then waiting another 10 minutes and the lady on the reception told me we don't have any available appointment for this morning, if urgent call again in the afternoon
Appalling service from start to finish when you're dealing with an automated machine. Checking up on my repeat prescription as I hadn't received anything to confirm that it was in I was led down the avenue where I had to push #2 on my keypad.I was informed that they were busy and abruptly cut off! Ringing two more times after, the same occurred both times! Consequently I was forced to drive there!
Unfortunately, I have to agree with the other negative reviews on here. This surgery has not supported me at all with my health issues. They've also gone ahead and made serious decisions and changes behind my back, without telling me. This left me without vital medication, which caused further help issues. I wrote to the manager months ago, and he has ignored me. It's very poor practice, which fails to safeguard vulnerable people.
I wish there was an option to rate under 1 star.!! Brilliant doctors. But awful system, protocols and very unempathetic reception staff They never are able to help. Every time we need to do a phone call the process is so painful to get any message across them. It's so difficult to get to the doctors!!!! The receptionists decide it for you!!!
Unprofessional, worthless pile of bricks. Hack doctors and evil receptionists. Avoid this place at all costs. It takes you over an hour to get through on the phone line to be told you cant have an appointment. When you get an appointment, you are ignored and miss treated. I attempted to get seen for bowel cancer screening, they ignored me and cancelled my appointments over and over. I am supposed to be on a waiting list for a colonoscopy. This has not happened. I have been prescribed medication that i have later been told was odd and unnecessary by other doctors. I will move my surgery back to Wales and travel to see a competent doctor rather than risk my life with these people
drastically under staffed. appointments running late. can't get through when calling. reception left empty for many minutes while a queue builds. hopefully the new online booking system klinik will help
Meaning to write a review for a while, been with the surgery for over 20 years, including my now grown up children. Excellent service throughout, receptionists always friendly and helpful, along with all the clinicians reasuring helpful. Recently had to contact the surgery from the time I called at 8am until 9am I had had a call back, link to send photos and prescription sent over to the pharmacy all within 1 hour!! Super impressed. Thank you. Always say how great this surgery is. Keep up the good work in these continued challenging times.
Awful, never be contacted with patients, and always busy lines, can’t call them. Reception ladies are rude and never smile or help with questions. They like to finish quick as possible and don’t care anything. Same as GP’s. They don’t care problems, they say like take paracetamols for everything and that’s it.
Sadly this was a great surgery which has not picked itself up since the pandemic. They need to see more patients and take less telephone appointments. 121 attempts to call and get test results today - 2 hours of my day I will not get back. Please can we have our old surgery and its previous efficiencies back. Has the pandemic really made us this ineffective ?
