A bare bones station but it has good live arrivals info  and a bloke in a ticket office. Good access to the cycle path and also in easy reach of the shopping centre. Platforms have sheltered waiting areas.

It seems like a big station, but if you get stuck here from a missed connection (which cab easily happen) it feels depressingly small pretty quickly (especially in the late evening when most facilities shut).

This morning the staff seemed to have been tasked with checking the tickets of people getting off trains, and not selling tickets to people wanting to get on trains. As a result I was stuck in a queue, missed my train and now have a half an hour wait in the freezing cold for the next one.

Another sad reminder of how bad our transport is. It is easier to get in trouble for not being able to buy tickets rather than to buy them. The closest road is at least a 5min walk. Next to no other transport links to the rest of Bristol.

Good convenient station. Not far for local buses into city centre but would benefit from toilet, taxi service and more parking spaces.
