I called them to go to a doctor's appointment and they didn't understand the address, when I tried to repeat it and give them some more details it was too late as they had already hang up on me!

Really sad to see that these guys have a bad rep online! They were so lovely to me! I took one of their taxis from Bristol Parkway to Emerson's Green this morning, my driver was funny, polite and kind. He gave me their card in case I needed a taxi out that way in the future, and said they'd even pick me up from the centre of Bristol if I needed. My meeting was then cancelled, so I unexpectedly needed a taxi back to Parkway - I called them and they were so polite again and were with me within 10 minutes! This was a different driver, but he was also polite and funny. So so happy with their service, have kept the card for future!

I ordered a taxi but didn't receive a phone call or any notification that it was arriving or had arrived. Living in an apartment I couldn't see the taxi when it arrived and was very disappointed at the attitude of the driver. He was obnoxious and rude when questioned why he didn't call and a simple apology over the misunderstanding would have cleared the air.

Disgusting service phoned and asked for a taxi and was laughed at because the distance wasn't far enough yet I said I was going to a doctors appointment and they wonder why über is taking over wouldn't use this firm if I was you
