I have just recently lost my mother 23rd Jan. I have been given until 19th March to vacate her bungalow. Cleared her bungalow this weekend and had inspection today ready to hand keys back. But have been informed I still need to pay full rent until 19th March. When asked why, I was informed the council dont want to lose money on an empty property. I did'nt want my mother to die unexpectedly, so why should I have to pay for extra 2 weeks rent on a empty property.

Dont know what to say. Heavy lump of metal danglig from a wire above a walkway and nothing can be done until the weather gets better. Dangerous shambles. Sorted now after second phone call.

Well they need to make the recording louder, the music blares out but when the speaker comes on shes very faint, but they are good maintenance wise, i find. my boiler is always losing water pressure.

I have noticed the difference in cutting communal grass at the front of property and the back. The back DOESN'T GET CUT. I am ashamed , yes ashamed of our communal garden. It says on the website if we don't maintain our properties we will be charges. Well who do we charge when we are left to live in shite

Very good repair service with support open late. My water boiler broke down next day service to repair and replace item.
