Bin replacement, phoned 3 times and am still waiting 3 months later. Bin men leave bins thrown in the street. New (no doubt costly) automated call system is beyond useless...Not sure what we pay the council for as we don't get our moneys worth. Now you have to do everything online...not sure what they are doing with our taxes besides putting it in their pockets...

OK there are lots of people whingeing in these reviews, and I confess sometimes the Council doesn't perform but this time I needed a new Food Bin as the old one got run over. The website was clear and easy to use, the response was immediate and gave full details promising delivery within three working days. 48 hours later Hey Presto! A new bin. Well Done.
