this post office is plane basic. staff are robotic and don't know what customer service means. i get the feeling they just don't want to serve you or it might be that they just don't like to work there. however it's open early Mon-Fri 7am and that is handy if you come home from a night shift and need to post something. warning they don't take card , cash only. if your lucky you might get a post person in a good mood. three stars as it's practical .

I've been trying to find out what has happened to a package that was sent to me, I called every option one after the other, all I got from each one was a recorded voice that took ages and then cut me off. Their phone service is just a way to fob you off and do nothing to address the problem. I wish I could go to the sorting office but my disability prevents me leaving the house.

Been using this delivery office for my online shop since I moved to the area, all the staff are lovely, personally I do not understand the low reviews! Will continue to use weekly!

Hurry up to pick up your parcel, as they only keep it for 18 calendar days! After that, it goes to Belfast and there is no way of having it back.

Obviously your drivers don't know what a (No Entry) sign looks like. 4/9/17 if they did they would not of entered the service road via the no entry. Just to deliver or pick up mail. Time 17.45. Cowdray Avenue . Pick up Lookers Land Rover.
