Great service from Jack and the team at South Downs Bikes. I'd seen a bike on their website that that would be ideal for my son. The order and payment process was really clear, and the communication throughout was excellent. Bike delivered all assembled by a specialist courier. Very happy

Had broken my deralier at steyning bowl. Looked quite serious. Brought the bike to the guys at South Downs who were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They were able to salvage some parts of the deralier and ordered in the others promptly. Saved me an absolute package, kept me informed throughout the process and the bike runs like a dream. Thanks guys, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to my fellow mountain bikers

Had an amazing experience at South Downs bikes today! Simon was very helpful with my questions about winter tyres, and Aidan was very quick in sorting out an issue with my gears at the same time! Thanks again team, will definitely be in again!

Went here today for a new tyre as my tire was punctured and flat. Very good service it was quick and efficient 10 -15 minutes. New tyre works perfectly a decent price too. Friendly staff. Highly Recommended
