I have had my e-bike serviced at the Shoreham branch on several occasions, and each time I have not been let down. The team at Shoreham have really got their act together. They were easily able to diagnose the faults on my bike in a speedy manner. A professional service at reasonable prices. I have dealt with Tim and Pete and they are very helpful, efficient, personable and competent. I would actively recommend their service.

A stretched chain on my wifes bike lead me to speak to Peter this morning. I was assured it could be fixed whilst I waited. Peter returned the bike in five minutes, payment was not required and advise that further stretching would require a new chain. I have been there a few times with our bikes and have never been let down. Excellent service, great staff. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Pete when I came into the shop looking for a bike. I felt quite overwhelmed as to what I was looking for and needed and Pete took me under his wing. He was also very knowledgeable on what handle bars I would need to help my neuropathy. After dealing with multiple bike shops that seemed more interested in charging for unnecessary repairs, I was feeling frustrated and unsure where to turn. Despite knowing my bike was in decent condition, three different shops gave me quotes and recommendations that just didn’t sit right. Quotes that almost make you feel like you need to buy a new bike. Then, I decided to take my Giant bike to the official Giant shop. The difference was immediately clear—they provided a reasonable and very honest assessment, along with a fair labor quote. The team did a fantastic job, and my bike was returned in perfect like new condition. Interestingly it didn't need any of the parts recommended by other shops. It’s refreshing to find a shop that prioritises honesty and quality work over quick money. I now have complete confidence in this shop and will be returning for all my future bike needs.
