Very disappointed !
Popped in to look for a bike suitable for off road use, having been impressed, on previous occasions, by their display etc.
I was told that all the bikes had gone  & guy I spoke to was at pains to tell me more. I was expecting him to add something, like more due in etc, but he just looked at me expressionless. He then asked what was I looking for ! Hey, a clue might be in the Name on the shop front !

Had two tubeless tyres set up here for a mountain bike. One tyre was slowly leaking air so took it back in, they added more sealant to the tyre and to this day they have held up amazing. Great service and a great shop!

I have never before experienced such great service.  The staff could not have been more helpful.  The owner Martin is so knowledgeable and so patient with me as I dithered not sure which was the best bike to buy.  I recommend 100%.  Go, you won't be disappointed.

This is my cheap tatty ole bike. It has seen way better days and no one really wants to be seen with it, yet I like it, guess bike and I know that we are not trendy or fit, but we make the most of life. Was hard to ask such a posh shop like the Bike Store, to give her a health makeover and even got them to take time out to order her a rear pannier, and fit it. Not one word of condescension was heard. Stan was a star from the moment I walked in... Cannot recommend this shop highly enough, no matter if your bike is worth £5 or £5,000 give them a call, any problem they will listen, care and try to help... Cannot believe I am so impressed with them, I am leaving them 2 x 5 star reviews in less than a month!!!!

Google said they were open, they were not, and no opening times on the door so no idea when they are actually open, I went at around 11am ish on a Monday
