South Downs Bikes

I am most impressed with the quality of service that I received from this company after suffering serious mechanical failure whilst cycling the South Downs Way. We were recovered at realistic cost, by the owner, in the shop van. The old bicycle could not be repaired easily so I purchased a new one and my old bike was returned home via courier. We were then given a lift to our hotel which enabled us to complete the ride the following day. Fantastic service, thank you all very much.

A big thank you to Nick who worked on my eBike he did a fantastic job on my brakes not an easy job on this type of bike also to Phil who was very helpful when booking appointment and Martin for collecting and returning my eBike. Very honest and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have always maintained that supporting local business, where ever possible, is an important thing to do. By doing this you build a relationship of trust with the individuals who work in the business and this is why I buy from this team. I have to say that I always receive a warm welcome when I walk in and I like to give them my business - they are passionate about riding and are genuinely interested in making sure what you get is right for you. I have dealt with the SDB team now for a number of years and would not go anywhere else. Special mention to Simon, Mark and also Nick (forgotten hero in the workshop who builds and repairs all these bikes) who I have always held in high regard - they know their stuff ! If you are thinking about where to buy - look no further.
