This evening on my ride home from work my ebike chain decided to wrap itself around the crank, luckily it was only 5 mins away from pushing it to Halfords.nA very knowledgeable technician DJ kindly stopped what he was doing and proceeded to fix my bike, he also tweaked and setup my gearing as it was a mess. Helped me out and got me home at a bargain £12.00nGreat friendly service, thanks
Really good experience the Halfords website had identified the wrong wiper blade however the super helpful staff soon sorted that out, had the new one fitted along with a 10 point car check. Very thorough, friendly and professional. The staff at the Shoreham store are all excellent.
I was very impressed with the job and Daren who done the roof bars was great.good customer service. And Daren explained everything to me aswell can't fault the work
Great service, prompt attention to detail, polite and friendly customer service. would have given 5 star, however, key to Dbar was not given to me. it was a phone call and revisit store to collect resrulting not being able to leave bike if i had wished to ride.nSmall issue which would not stop me recommending Halfords to family and friends in future.
We purchased a Joie car seat at Halfords in Shoreham and the staff there were excellent and were so helpful. We were shown how to fit seat in the car correctly on the display model in the showroom and fitted our purchased seat into our car which was then inspected to see we had fitted it correctly. Both members of staff we dealt with were brilliant..we could not fault the service we received at all...well done..
