The recent tasting menu for two is a ripe off, very small portion for two. The portion is probably enough for one but not for two. The food quality is so so, there are much better Japanese restaurants with a cheaper price and have better food quality, atmosphere and service. Will not recommend.
Had a wonderful lunch here, the pot of wagyu beef & rice is such a delight. All the dishes we tried here taste nice, look great, and the ideas behind inspire.
Glorious experience. We ordered a set 7-course, I think? menu wherein each dish was impeccably presented and positively delectable-- think tender piece of sashimi on a carved plate of ice. Staff seem happy to be there and the atmosphere is perfectly laid out-- with a sense of privacy but community at the same time.
Service was fantastic. Food was good too - try the tacomo which is a variant on tacos
Japan inspired dishes. All super tasty and they now do afternoon teas! Must have is their matcha mille crepe cake.
A lovely meal out. Great food, amazing staff and a nice atmosphere. This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning. Plus best toilets I have seen in a good while.
First very cool bar but with pretty slow service, then odd acting head waiter not sure exactly role but wearing his own clothes and not a uniform but amazing waitress and incredible food, not bad price either for special occasion food
Had charming service from the manager serving our section. Set lunch menu for 2 is very good value for the quality of dishes served. Cocktails were also of high quality. Would very much recommend.
