Called up and asked for an estimate price as other companies I have called have provided an estimated cost, so I didn't think it would be an issue. Receptionist was rude and needs customer service training. Then spoke to an engineer who was also rude and had a bad attitude. Just because you're having a bad Monday don't take it out on your customers.

Ive used Adam at PC Medic for over 10 years, they have fixed numerous PC's and laptops both software and hardware issues and has setup networks and router port forwarding, DDNS etc. Great fast service, highly recommended.

My 96 year old father in law had occasion recently to call them when his Windows 10 PC corrupted during an update. I have worked in IT for a long time but live over a hundred miles away and was a little concerned that he might get one of all too frequent 'cowboy' companies that you find that achieve very little and overcharge very heavily. PC Medic were excellent though, quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and frankly remarkably cheap for what they did despite going the 'extra mile' for an elderly customer on more than one occasion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service, very trust worthy. Adam was very good offering sound advice. Worth using even if it is a trek for you. Highly recommend especially after trying a few places in the West Midlands. Transparent prices and diagnosis.
