Prices competitive, always someone available to give advice. We returned our coffee machine which at 4 months old had stopped working. They returned it to the manufacturer for repair. When it wasn't back four weeks later we had a no quibble refund. Great service.
Had to take a faulty microwave in under their care plan. Lovely guy called Chris dealt with it politely and swiftly on the repair desk. He's a credit to the company. Now just the wait for a refund before buying a replacement.
Unacceptable click and collect queue on a Monday evening in the run up to Christmas. Do not consider 20 minutes wait as acceptable or reasonable. Many staff walking round with heads in tablets who could have helped the one person doing collections.
Wide range with different qualities of home and office use electric and electronics equipments under one roof and online as well. As an individual opinion, its hard to find your required appliance/ gadget. Display are massive and very interactive but something missing being a retailers thing. Like over loaded with products range and less data availability on product display cards. Needs to ask shop assistant for each product which makes it bit hard to check and decide what you want as per your needs and budget. I experienced during Black Friday sale period, May be during that time they were having unusual issues but it wasn't good image as Customers vale services. But if we select product online and then go for pickup/ delivery at home with extra money is a good option, there we lack in experiencing the product quality and exploring the missing information on some products.
Curry’s got the delivery phone number wrong. Head office said ring the shop, but it was the same general number. Then told me I had to go there to change my phone number . when I got there they couldn’t change it. Total disarray and wasted 3 hours of my time. So we will have to stay in all day as they can’t ring us. Discussing. Then when I said this on their feed back text they were terminating the survey. Unbelievably bad practice. They obviously don’t want to know of problems.
Went to purchase a vacuum, paid for it waited 30 minutes whilst they couldn't find it. Then was taken to another till to queue for a refund. One person on refund desk, very slow. Not a great shopping experience. Ordered the vacuum from Amazon whilst waiting in the queue.
Dreadful store.. came here looking to buy a new fridge their customer awareness is a joke we waited over 30mins for someone to speak to us I asked a few times if someone was free and was told someone would be over.. however they continued serving other customers and had us stood waiting for them to tell us the fridge was out of stock! I’ve never had any issues shopping here in the past but recently their service is going downhill!
Wish I had read other reviews before purchasing. Goods arrived damaged . Rude delivery staff who in my opinion purposely damage your goods because they want an early finish and can't be bothered to do the installation. Customer care is non existent. Poorly trained and can't answer the most basic of questions with any accuracy. Will never revisit
Curry's Worcester sent me to Solihull completely unnecessarily. I asked for a Nintendo switch with animal crossing bundle. They didn't have the bundle but they did have a unbundled switch and animal crossing. They were unable to combine the two, though, apparently. They kindly sent me to Solihull because even though Solihull had that bundle they couldn't possibly order it to Worcester... So I got to Solihull. Asked for the bundle, and they took an unbundled one off the shelf, got the game separately and bundled them up... Cost me time and petrol for something they could have sorted for me. So thanks for nothing. 2 stars for the inconvenience. The guy at Solihull couldn't have been nicer, but Worcester ruined it for me.
Good prices but very pushy on the extended warranties. Always try to upsell. Left store to order online and that's as bad as in store. I just want to buy it and leave! Not give you all my personal info. Go to amazon
