Great value, lots of well priced items with some amazing mark downs. Not many staff, it’s a true warehouse outlet not a retail store or museum. Worth a visit.

Beautifully laid out with a wide range to choose from. Some great reductions to be found for baby gifts in the bunnykins and Peter Rabbit range. I would say that the majority of stock available would probably suit more old fashioned tastes to mine but certainly fun to look around.

I was disappointed with my bacon sandwich on wheatmeal bread which was dry, l think for £4.50 there should have been more bacon on, l was give tomatoes sauce, l then ask for brown sauce, which arrived on finishing the sandwich. We were on a tour and had to spilt in 2 groups. Not enough choice for earlier sitting it was before noon. Suggest doing the bacon and sausage on one sandwich or we would have liked a proper lunch.

Such a shame this outlet has to close.If it had the love and attention which was given to it in the early years after opening in 2001 by the then owners- Royal Doulton, then it could still be an attraction. Unfortunately the present owners, and the immediate past one have no real desire to see it succeed. End of an era, good luck to all the loyal staff who unfortunately will lose their jobs as a result of this decision ,  and their second home !!

Large open outlet with minimal staff/customer interaction. You will need staff advice regarding products/stock availability, and don't expect very cheap prices! Plenty of Japanise/American visitors were snapping up the bargains when we visited. Quality of stock is, of course, very good.

If you like your crystal glasses, vases, china dinner/tea sets etc., this is the place to go, many items heavily marked down, hardly noticeable slight defects on some, worth looking

Good place to get some quality glasses and pottery from the world renowned Royal Doulton and Wedgewood. Prices for the older styles are very reasonable whilst prices for newer products can be high. That said if you know the product you get what you pay for.  Staff are excellent, very friendly and happy to help with any assistance you might need.

We visit the outlet store once a year. My wife collects pottery so this is heaven for her. The shop offers excellent discounts. It is by no means cheap, although some manager's discounts are pretty good value. But compared to the normal RRP, it's great.

No great at all. After driving from London we found average prices and just a few managers specials. Only the odd or damaged is severely discounted. There is a lot to improve.
