I ordered my Royal Alloy TG300 scooter from Potteries and from start to finish the service was exceptional. I first spoke to salesperson Ricardo who spent the time on phone to explain the process of part exchanging my motorcycle for this scooter. Nothing too much trouble for him. And I had an excellent trade in price from potteries too.  Administrator Charlene was very helpful and explained all about the registration process too. And the scooter arrived in perfect condition. Very efficiently done, as the driver safely delivered my scooter to my home and collected my motorcycle for part exchange. Overall, brilliant service from potteries. I’ll definitely be ordering my next bike from them. Thank you all at Potteries for supplying me with a fabulous scooter!

A very welcoming experience from the start. I bought my first KTM here from Craig and it was a quick and easy process. I also couldn’t go without mentioning the care and helpfulness of all the staff I’ve dealt with across all departments of this store. I had some issues with the bike a few days after taking ownership and Craig along with the service team made sure to rectify them expeditiously. Been back many times since and it’s always a pleasant experience. Many thanks to you all for everything.

Truly amazing service. Allowed to freely browse their stock of motorcycles and a test ride quickly sorted out. Loved the bike and decision made to buy. Expected the usual 1 to 2 week wait but no, was ready and waiting the next morning for collection and this being a brand new, unregistered bike. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing members of staff. Helped me a lot with the purchase of a new bike. They offer delivery and quite quickly too.  The bottom line is... if you are after KTMs or Kawasaki then this is the place for you. They do other brands such as, Royal Enfield, Keeway, Suzuki, BMWs and much more.  Overall 5 stars from me. Pop in and have a chat with the staff and you'll think the same.

Purchased a Kawasaki Ninja on Sunday, had the Bike delivered on Wednesday! Andrew at Potteries Motorcycles was fantastic, the whole process was smooth, faultless and i now have a gorgeous ride ready to enjoy . Huge thanks to him and team for their efficiency and amazing service! Would highly recommend.

A massive shout out to the team at the potteries , my new W800 arrived today on my birthday , I love the bike it outstanding, the customer service is amazing and the company that delivered the bike is professional and real personal service. The potteries is 69 miles away I have a dealer local however when my wife was wanting to test ride and Enfield you could tell they were not happy a female taking out such a big bike she owns a bmw gs 1200 so that day we drove to the potteries and bought an Enfield.  So when I was looking for a W800 was a no brainer to go to the potteries.  Highly recommend 10/10  Thank you Kirk

Popped in to look at the Royal Enfields and spoke to Craig who arranged a test ride on the 350 meteor and was that impressed I bought it. Craig did me an exceptional deal and I’m really impressed with my new purchase.

Got a brand new Kawasaki H2 SX. Dealt with Arran who was very helpful and was one of the few dealers that actually wanted to take my call.  I first called Millennium Motorcycles, who were the worst dealership I've ever contacted as they did not want to take my enquiry seriously and after 3 attempts to try and speak to someone, I gave up and called Potteries.  I spoke with Arran who was very helpful and gave me a good deal, delivered the bike to me in a week and on a bank holiday Friday. Brilliant after sales, always happy to talk to me when needed. I would definitely recommend Arran and the team at Potteries and I have no doubt that I will return in the future.

Great service and experience from start to finish with Potteries. I was buying a used bike with a part-exchange on my existing, Rowan was exceptional all the way through, nothing was too much trouble, and all the team that I spoke to at the dealership were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested.  I live 180 miles from Potteries but Rowan promptly sent over all the additional details I asked for, talked through the bike, offered a part exchange valuation, etc. so I was confident it wouldn't be a wasted journey.  When I arrived, I was shown to the bike which was prepared exceptionally well and exactly as described. Even though I only gave a couple of days notice before my visit, the bike was given a full inspection, service & MOT all ready for me to pick it up, and there were no issues with the part exchange on my previous bike.  Highly recommended and my thanks to Potteries for a superb experience.
