Soho Gyms

This gym is sensational! It has everything. Thought I'd try a nice, gentle yoga session and then someone requested headstands. We had 4 variations & it was a workout Followed by recovery room, sauna, steam & protein shake in the lobby cafe! The best feature is the natural light coming through the windows. Ended up spending the entire afternoon, had a great time. Thank you

I joined Third Space Soho last year December and probably it was the best decision that I’ve made. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and the whole building it’s very clean. I like to go to kickboxing classes and yoga. My favourite yoga teacher is Liz Higginbottom, she’s something else. Love you, Liz! Thank you Third Space, Soho!

I have been a member of Third Space Soho for 17 years, and during this time I’ve seen the gym undergo many great and welcomed changes, it’s truly my Third Space. I’ve have been training with Michael for 8 of those years, he’s living proof that you can still be fit and healthy while still eating what you want and doing limited cardio.. He’s great!

Absolutely adore Third Space. It’s hands down the best gym I’ve ever been a member of. The staff are so knowledgeable and kind. Sylvia gave an excellent tour and was incredibly personable and funny. She was honest and went above and beyond to make sure Third Space would meet all my expectations. The gym itself spares no luxury from providing self care products to an extensive list of top of the line classes and instructors. I have never been more motivated to consistently attend a gym before, I couldn’t be happier with Third Space and genuinely recommend it.

I've been a member for about 2 years and this is so far the best Gym in London. Even during the pandemic time, they were able to make the experience still pleasant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, from the coffee bar to the reception Marco above all, from the trainers to the maintenance and cleaning guys. A large variety of equipment spread over 3 floors....so you are always able to do your workout quickly and without to queue for some machine. Highly suggested!

I recently joined and the facilities are second to none. I suspect a good chunk are on corporate memberships as i am therefore a high standard of behaviour from members is expected and adhered to = no naughty boys/pests and the like to fend off. Reception staff are always helpful with a smile, there's enough equipment to not have to wait for machines and there is even a whole room dedicated to warming down and stretching with electric rollers/muscle guns and a Normatec chair. Each bathroom has a sauna and steam to relax in after your session and is well stocked with Cow Shed products, towels and loads more. Well worth the money my company pays and i would now find it difficult to return to an average gym. Thanks guys.

Gorgeous space and really nice atmosphere in the gym, plus an amazing variety of classes with really motivational trainers. Super central location as well, and all so clean and well kept - all the equipment is in great shape and there’s loads of it, and the changing rooms & facilities are amazing and big enough that you can use whatever you need even when it’s busy. Had a brilliant tour round with Sylvia who showed me all the facilities and answered any questions I had before I committed to joining too, and they’re all lovely staff in general who always say hi when I come in Overall I definitely recommend Third Space Soho!

I recently join third space and it was the best decision I’ve made. Everything is just perfect and the staff is very friendly. I wasn’t sure and I called and Sylvia was so nice. After our conversation on the phone I decided to take a tour with her the next day. Sylvia showed me all around the place, she has explained me everything, answering all my questions and listening so carefully with such a calm and patience and making sure this is what I was looking for. And it was, indeed. I joined that same day and I’ve never been so motivated and so comfortable in a gym or studio. This is definitely so much more than a gym. I’ve already tried different classes always availability and all the teachers are amazing.
