Love this gym. The staff are brilliant, friendly, great you with a smile and by name. The classes are great and no problem booking them shout out to Julia, Daria and Aitor . Good range of equipment over two floors with a big studio. Showers good. The gym is very clean. Ive been training with Jaime the PT who is helping me achieve goals. Would recommend!
Fantastic gym and trainers - I’ve been training with Julia for 3 weeks and am already noticing strength gains. I came with a training plan which she has taken on board while adapting to my ability and adding in some exercises of her own. The equipment and facilities are well-maintained and clean and the showers are super powerful- just what you need after a hard early morning workout. I was never a gym-goer before but now I’m hooked!
I have been training there for more than a year and the atmosphere is amazing. This is a very cosy gym with everything you need to workout. The team and personal trainers have always been helpful and smiling. Any question you can ask anything to Daria, Julia and Jaime who would be more than happy to help. Very professional and enthusiastic people. Honestly they keep motivating you and push you to achieve your goals !
Lovely gym and the friendly and helpful team at Fitness first make it the most welcoming environment. I’ve been training with Julia for over two months and in that time she has transformed my approach to fitness, helped me work towards my goals and feel so supported in the process, and I leave our sessions feeling re-energised and motivated each time! Thanks to Julia I now look forward to going to the gym which I did not think possible before our sessions!
I have been training here for almost 6 years. Staff are great people, always pleasant and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Equipment, lockers and showers are clean and constantly being well looked after. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sign up to a gym. Special shout-out to my PT Ollie!
I find the gym to be very clean and the equipment is great. Although it’s a bit busier in May it’s still the best gym I’ve ever been to. I find the staff to be really nice, especially Daria and Jamie from the front desk who is always really pleasant and patient and happy to help with any requests or questions I may have.
These guys are awesome. Always super friendly and helpful. The gym manager, Jamie, has been a ledge and always really helpful. The personal trainers are great fun and all the class instructors are amazing at what they do and always really welcoming. I love the classes - especially Body Attack and Body Pump. There are a big variety of classes and they are all on at convenient times - I go at lunch mostly but the morning and after work classes are at good times as well. All the facilities are well maintained and you have everything you need - loads of running machines, weights and rollers etc etc. I can't fault this place at all. I'd definitely recommend it.
Love this gym. The staff is amazing. Super friendly and makes you feel welcome. The place is very clean and advanced. I'm trainning Muay Thai with Jubaer which is the best trainer ever and every lesson is a blessing. If you want a gym that will make you keep coming, that's the one :
The Staff at this Fitness First are so personable and above all, there is no sense of judgment here. Everyone is friendly and willing to help on the floor even if the PTs are working out if you have a question about how to use the machine. What's really great is that this is one of the quieter gyms, which is perfect given that it's a smaller sized gym. Clean facilities are definitely a plus. One thing I would say, is I wish there were more leg machines available, but hey, I get it, it's a small space!
Great gym in central london. Love the classes - Spin and Boxing which are done by Andy, who’s one of the PT’s there. He’s awesome at his job, motivating and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend any of his classes and also persona training, if you want the best in the business, look no further than Andy Lee
