Quality gym. has good equipment and good running machines and is well located in Covent Garden and near a lot of tourist attractions. Gym has good classes in rooms and staff are always helpful

Signed up about two months ago and don't regret it one bit, amazing facilities great staff and its not to busy love it

I adore the team.  So helpful and friendly. I love my Saturday stretching classes with the beautiful Ellie.

Had such an amazing time with PT Ellie who was so bubbly and friendly. She was knowledgable, encouraging and made the session a tough but fun workout! Would definitely recommend!

Best thing about this gym are the classes, which are worth the membership fee on their own. If you like a challenge, get down to Ed's Fit & Functional class - it's so tough. I love it. More classes from Ed please!
