"Our High Holborn gym, situated in the heart of central London, offers members a fantastic space in which they can work out, but also relax and socialise in too. Located just a two-minute walk from Holborn Underground station or a ten-minute walk from Chancery Lane Underground station, Fitness First High Holborn has a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, and gym floor. Members are also given fresh towels upon arrival.If it’s group exercise classes that you’re interested in, High Holborn’s weekly timetable of classes includes SHRED, Body Pump, yoga, spin, boot camp, Body Attack, and freestyle, to highlight just a few. Personal training sessions are also available, for those who need help defining their health and fitness goals."

I enjoyed my session. I had the freedom to use all equipment, the gym was spacious and i didnt have to queue up for machines. I also found the lcoker room and toilet exceptionally clean. Thank you to Pat, Femi, Paul and Chris for the hospitality. Will be back soon
Favourite gym I’ve been going to fairly regularly for about 9 months. Really spacious, and great range of equipment. The changing rooms are particularly nice for a fitness first gym. Pat in the photo and the other staff are always very friendly, and the gym attracts a nice and considerate crowd
Great provision of squat racks, bench and weightlifting equipment compared to the other fitness first gyms nearby. Great welcoming team especially Pat and Chris.
I have been training with Julia Jasinska for 4 months now. She's an amazing trainer, very professional, focused on right technique and your goals. She creates incredible programs which she's changing regularly and helps you to build the strength and muscle definition as well as progress over the time. I love every session and highly recommend to anyone. Additionally, the gym is well equipped and staff is very nice and helpful all the time.
Love the gym. Great atmosphere, employees, and equipment. Chris a Patrick were super nice and friendly.I wish I could vacation longer because of the gym.
This is one of the better Fitness Firsts i go to. Chris one of the mangers is amazing and enjoy sharing training ideas with him! The gym is located near my work office which is convenient. Its very well equipped with most things you could want from a gym. Love the fact it has a track and weight sled which is key part of my training. The thing missing for me which would be good to have would monkey bars along side the track instead of a single bar one similar to Fitness First Strand.
It has been a month since I joined this gym, and it is worth it for many reasons. But if I have to choose three things - first, the facilities are super clean, including shower booths and sauna; second, all the staff are so lovely and kind, especially Chris, the fitness manager is awesome; and lastly, it is not that big but you can work out with essential equipments enough!
Great gym, lots of treadmills/leg machines. Good amount of floor space for workouts. Was really quiet when I went which was nice. S/o to the two lovely men in this photo for being so welcoming.
Lovely fitness just behind Holborn tube station. Chris, Amado & Cristina /fitness staff/ always welcoming me with a great smile . They simply creating lovely and warm atmosphere in this fitness studio. Thank you
Excellent gym! Staff are really nice especially Chris the fitness manager, great choice of equipment. Highly recommend
