I visited Elkmill retail park and after being hounded by commission hungry sales I was pleasantly surprised by Sofologys different approach.  I was made to feel welcome and not rushed in any way. I dealt with a couple of members of the team and found them to be really helpful. They helped me narrow down my search and eventually find a lovely Sofa. Big thanks for the help and especially the two team members who helped.

Quick enough to take your money in store, delivered the wrong items and then they want nothing to do with you... you have to go through customer service that don't answer and after an hour of being on hold on 12 occasions you still get nowhere.  Avoid

Purchased a lovely new leather sofa, staff couldn't do more for us as I had brought my elderly mum, gave us brews and really made us feel at home, can't wait for the sofa to be delivered, Thanks again on a great service.

USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL, 

totally disappointed with the entire process now.

The problems with Sofology began at the very early stage of installation. The £5,000 sofas arrived and the “expert” team began assembly. After the installation I noticed one of the legs on the sofa looked even to my untrained eye unstable and incorrect. I instantaneously notified the “expert” installation team of my concerns and the individual advised, “that’s how they meant to be”. The following day after my further examination, I felt uneasy in the way that particular leg of the sofa was installed in comparison to others. Obviously I am not an “expert” from your company, so I decided to seek assurances from your team via a follow up phone call the next day. I explained the situation and the woman on the phone provided what has now turned out to be baseless reassurances reiterating how Sofology has an “expert” team and their “trained” eyes would have noticed any problems and rectified them. So me naively assuming we both shared the same definition of “expert” went about my business as normal.

So I continued with my life none the wiser and then one day I noticed a wet patch near the sofa. After investigating the cause it turned out the sofa leg, which I was rightly concerned about, had fallen off. The sofa in its last ditched efforts to keep functioning as a sofa had been leaning against the radiator like a wounded animal, resultantly damaging the radiator due its weight and causing a leak. I had to call the plumber in an emergency and he repaired the radiator. (Costs that you should reimburse) Further investigation of the sofa found a significant bulge on the back of the sofa, indicating internal damage. (Photos have been sent to your team already).

AND THEY ARE STILL NOT REPLYING TO MY EMAILS AND CALLS,

A TOTAL DISGRACE....
