Went into this shop today and they couldn’t be more helpful. They put me on this bed that help test what firmness I should be and from that it was easy. To top it off they had my mattress in stock so I have now got my mattress in time for Christmas A++++++++ Will definitely go back here for my furniture in the new year Thanks guys

Fantastic service from the team in Oldham. Great Igel bed, so comfortable. Very friendly and not pushy

Shocking company. Bought a Sensafoam bed with them. It came with a faulty mattress. (And when I say faulty I mean it collapsed in the middle and damaged my spine.) It took two inspections, numerous phone calls, threats of legal action and recorded letter to their head office before we eventually got a refund. It took three months to get our money back and Bensons tried every trick in the book not to give it to us. And even then the salesman phoned me to try and sell me another bed! This is a terrible company and I would hate for others to experience the problems we had, but looking at the complaints on social media, this appears to be common practice for this organisation.

Such a great range of beds! Extremely friendly staff and have a pressure point checking machine to make.sure you get the best nights sleep. Thanks again guy's!
