Great quality furniture. We were served by Allison and she was super friendly, she was also super accomodating when I decided to change my order slightly. We got a great deal on a lovely modular corner sofa and a coffee table which will look super smart. The best thing is it's being delivered in 10 days! Brilliant service and a great place to shop.
Great selection of furniture .assistant manageress very helpful when I xplained what I was looking for .due to leg and hip problems .got sorted out .even my hubby was delighted as we had only nipped in to try out heights of seats .
We had a breakfast bap and a latte Lovely staff. Very efficient and quick service
Tristan Farnsworth was extremely helpful, and, knowledgeable about the different sofa's and chairs we looked at . We would highly recommend this store, the sofa's we chose ooze quality. We will probably buy them, however we do need to explore all options
Good reasonable prices furniture, some lovely pieces of furniture for home helpful staffs
After having paid £100 for delivery and install delivery turns up with chairs and no dinning table. What did they expect me to do with chairs lol sit and pretend i have a table no warning or anything shouldnt have even wasted my time by turning up with just chairs, just a msg with delivery time and date took day off work, yes got a refund on delivery but missed a days pay, not happy at all have a function comming up hence why i needed a bigger table, threw old table away day before so now left without table great one very 'satisfied' customer
Nice shop. Good range of furniture and helpful sales staff.
Bougth a display cabinet online and when it was delivered the cabinet was damaged but have been let down by bad customer service since. Had to ring helpline which takes over 30 minutes to get through to and they sent replacement shelf and repairman to fix damaged door aswell. Shelf was wrong size and both doors were damaged so a month after and after numerous calls and sending wrong size replacements I have arranged for cabinet to be picked up and returned for a full refund. The amount that you have to pay does not match the hassle that it takes to get a faulty product fixed.
Nice stuff just really expensive. It is oak so I guess it is somewhat reasonable to expect those prices.
Put one star as it wouldnt let me post othere Told us our bed and other furniture would arrive today. Took a day off work to wait in had no message from them when rang them up they told us march the 5th. So we qould have to wait that long we got rid of our old bed and furniture on sunday decided to cancel the lot. Find them terrible
