When you order something bespoke you can never know what the final result will be. My husband and I didn’t expect much because we have had some experience in the past. It was a long wait which was expected and we were notified of the delays because of the staff shortage. However, when our sofa arrived I was so impressed with its quality! It looks much better than the sample in the showroom. And it is super comfy. Thanks a lot, we are really, really happy!
What a wonderful team. I was given such a warm welcome when I first walked into the showroom. Lovely Grace was extremely helpful and efficient. She helped me to choose my sofa, kindly and efficiently taking all my needs into account. Once Janet finished with her client she also came to offer me a coffee. Excellent customer service all round. I received my sofa recently and couldn't be happier with it. It is the most comfortable sofa I've ever had. It is perfect for the room I bought it for and completely meets my requirements. The staff in the showroom were immensely helpful in assisting me with choosing the sofa that was right for me. They gave me plenty of time to browse whilst being on hand when needed. They were knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking to purchase a quality sofa.
Wonderful showroom with lots of models on display and more fabrics than you can imagine. The staff are polite and attentive but in no way pushy. We were free try out the collection as we pleased and then when we were ready we were given all the help we needed before being sent a quote to consider at home before committing. The follow up service was diligent and helpful. Well worth a visit!
We enjoyed our visits to this beautiful showroom so much. The pleasant helpful and knowledgeable people, plus being able to see and sit on the different sofas made our choice easy - though with so many to choose from perhaps ‘easy’ isn’t quite the word! The choice of fabrics is stunning and again made easy by the information about each choice. Now the sofa is at home we’re simply delighted with it. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Stroud showroom.
Great experience of choosing sofas at the Stroud shop. Janet and her colleagues were super helpful and full of great advice, and very patient with my indecision over fabrics. We came with an interior designer who is helping us with a room. The Sofas and stuff staff were helpful, respectful, polite and not pushy at all. Just right when a big purchase is being considered. An excellent team
what a brilliant afternoon spent with knowledgeable charming and professional staff at the Stroud branch. Definitely recommend a visit - huge choice of fabrics and a chance to try out many different sofa designs and yes a tea on the house! Other retailers could learn how to win customers from this dedicated team.
My husband, and I visited the Woodchester, Sofa and Stuff, showroom located in Stroud, on Friday 20th January 2023. We greeted by the assistant manger called Marie. Marie, showed great patience when guiding us through all the ranges of sofa’s available to us. Having narrowed our choice down to two types of sofa’s, we came to the decision that the Helmsley, was the sofa’s for us. Marie, then brought us several sample books to help choose our fabric, and helped us to navigate our way through these until we decided on the two we liked best to suit our budget. I highly recommend the Woodchester showroom to find your ideal sofa. The staff were very friendly and Marie, added her personal touch for any enjoyable experience. We are now looking forward to the delivery of our new beautiful sofas. Mrs T Evans, Wiltshire.
