Came in ask to order tumble dryer belt, Lady said normal people don't buy belt you buy a new machine, she tock the make and number and said her guy would fine it, 3 weeks later no phone call back went on line found new belt in 2 mins order fitted and working fine glad aim not normal, great service

We have used Cotswold Appliances for over 20 years. We find them exceptional in every way - friendly, courteous and totally professional. Their prices are competitive, their advice valuable, and their service sets the standard that others should follow. Having found such a brilliant shop we don't bother going anywhere else for electrical goods or servicing.

Terrible! I enquired via the website about a cooker repair and had no reply for 5 days, I then called and was told by a very confused sounding man that someone would call me back. They didn't, so I called again 3 days later. I was told by a very grumpy lady that someone would call me the following day.... that was 11 days ago and I still have not had a call back!

Nigel & John from Cotswold Appliances, Stroud, tested my v old Miele (not working) dishwasher today & quickly found a leak but the replacement part was as much as a reconditioned Miele machine so as they had one on their van as I had requested they installed this, tested it, took away the old one & were on their way within the hour, rob collinson, Brownshill House, GL6 8AS

Poor Service. We have a broken dishwasher and they have been out but they were unable to mend and the required part has still not been ordered. When i call they say they will phone but they do not. We are forced to use someone else as we need the dishwasher mended ASAP. I do not recommend. Addition - Even worse the engineer diagnosed the wrong fault which would have cost us £98 labour plus £200 part - this wouldn't have solved the problem. Dishwasher now fixed on site by 1st Appliances in 1 hour with a new part which was the issue (leak) at a cost of £58 for the part!
