BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOOK A BIKE FOR A TEST RIDE LAST WEEKEND NO ISSUES REALLY HELPFUL. AM NOW LOOKING TO PURCHASE A BIKE SOON FROM HERE. 20/01/18 To add to the review I bought a bike here yesterday, again jacob and adam were extremely helpful. Took a model for a test ride first for the weekend, needed a bike rack for my van and a child seat for the bike which they assited me with. They were thorough and the prices were very good. Really looking forward to days of riding.

We arrived at the shop to look for a pair of bikes, the help we received was fantastic, we were lent bikes to try , to take home and ride around our area. On deciding on the ones we wanted, at very short notice Jacob and Dave ordered and readied our bikes just in time for us to take them on our trip to south west Ireland, fantastic time with bikes. many thanks chaps for your great service from Monica and Neil jones.

Just got my new Red Wisper 705se. Absolutely love it! Dave was so helpful and new exactly what bike would suit my needs, comfort and budget. He was so helpful. They let you take the bikes for a few days to try so you can be sure you love it before you buy and they are not patronising or pushy, just friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend anyone to visit their shop!! I am thrilled and can easily get up Bowbridge Hill!

Thanks Jacob and Chris for your wealth of knowledge and expert advice We have enjoyed immensely the two bikes we have off you for Easter Weekend Now instead of buying one ebike it looks like I will be purchasing two !!!
