The worst experience ever!!!! Don't buy at argos, don't use Stroud argos!!! Both ladies were rude without any will to help or support, young lady's name start with letter L !!! I have purchased online apple pencil with ipad for christmas for my daughter but it turned out that the pencil is not compatible with the ipad. I wanted to exchange it but because we unsealed they refused it to exchange it !!!!
Nothing EVER in stock, doesn't have big enough storage. On the line of being completely useless, I will order from Amazon!
on two occasions delivered to wrong place was my problem to sort cost a fortune in fuel going to Dorset twice.nThen customer service has been replaced by bots? so there is no way of making a complaint, staff in store were uninterested and just called security, leaving me out of pock and with a very upset daughter on two occasions.nMaybe sainsbury's should just admit they shouldn't have bought company and shut it down as is services are hopeless.nShutting down your complaints service during Corona was a master plan no one can complain and well as making sure no one can comment on useless perfomance.nBring back the old Argos or just shut it down this is an embaresment.
Very, very quick delivery. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon, 5 minutes after official closing time. Product arrived at 9am the next day, which was actually a Bank Holiday Monday!nnSure, it's a cut down version now, within Sainsbury's, but the new screens do help more than the catalogue. You can view both at the same time, but having the option to view up to date prices and read reviews is very helpful Parking was always an issue in the Supermarket, and as such, is even worse now. However at least you don't have to pay to park close by now.
