Attended the Frequency-South Garden Party with Judge Jules and Lange last weekend. Great crowd, great atmosphere and a banging afternoon/evening was had by all. Friendly bar staff. Big shout to the Management who went above and beyond to retrieve a lost mobile phone that disappeared through the outdoor decking. Looking forward to attending the next Frequency-South Garden Party event.
Times were okay, bouncer kicked my mate out without explanation. After speaking to him he said he kicked him out for intoxication despite him having a single vodka lemonade and that was it. Wouldn’t let him back in. Atmosphere was alright thoFood: 1/5
Kicked out my boyfriend for intoxication despite not being drunk and having had NO DRINKS in the club. We paid £8 for entry fee, walked up the stairs, then got physically removed for being too drunk. When I asked for an explanation I was told my boyfriend was ‘unsteady on his feet.’ Got allowed back in, but wasn’t given an apology or explanation for why this even happened. Ruined our night and we left shortly afterwards, £8 lighter. Thanks for nothing.
Staff, bartenders including venue ‘owner’ and security all rude and unprofessional which led to a group of us leaving. Security and venue holder couldn’t diffuse a situation and maintain respect and professionalism with event-goers.Food: 1/5
Cane along to a rave here to see Judge Jules and Lange, the place was really nice and getting served at the bar was no issue, we all had a fantastic night, the music was great Judge Jules and Langw were awesome!!! Even people shopping at lidl or aldi got to enjoy the music and a dance. The only downside to it was that there was given out polystyrene tubes that light up, great idea except that some idiots threw them through the crowd some people got hit in the eye with them, so many people threw them on the floor so they became a bit of a hazard in regards to tripping or loosing your footing due to them being there, other than that fantastic event
Went for gin & juice event. Music was great, fantastic nostalgia. Venue was awful, but then it's the 1st time I've been to a nightclub in the afternoon in a while.Food: 1/5

The staff were really great, went out of their way to be helpful. Both the manager unfortunately didn’t get her name and doorman Neville i think we’re really lovely and really looked after us.Service: 5/5
Night to Remember in Southampton! Rating: 5/5 My mate's birthday celebration at this Southampton club was an absolute blast! The lively atmosphere, amazing music, and attentive staff made it an unforgettable night. From the trendy decor to the personalised birthday package, everything was spot-on. A big shout-out to Neville! He was very helpful and did a great job. Thanks for making the night unforgettable! Cheers! Can't wait to go back!
Brilliant venue! Family run business. I Always feel very comfortable, I would say that is due to the staff and bouncers being very efficient and not allowing any problems. for customers and local residents. their is a high volume of students as the university is close. as we all know they are not the best with experimenting with alcohol so regarding negative reviews aimed at the bouncers. Remember they have to maintain the safety of the customers and also their premises and licences, and will not have people being irresponsible. I have never witnessed any issues! I like that idiots understand from the front door that trouble or stupidity is not welcome. Well done on maintaining that level of security as you don’t get that in a lot of venues in Southampton!
