Really pleased with the service from Josh! I just wanted to write you a quick note to thank him for his time while selling me my car last week. He was more than happy to answer all of my questions honestly, and making the whole process buying the car clear, concise and easy. It's not something I do all that much, so it was appreciated! I'm very happy with the car so far, and the purchase price was so reasonable. Thanks for the deal on the dash-cam also, that saved me a lot of hassle! First class. From booking, to reminder call the day before, reception from the staff on the day, update call regarding an issue that needed resolving, confirmation of pick up time, video of car inspection, thorough clean of car, follow up call the next day to make sure we were happy we really can not fault anything about the service provided. It seems unfair to pick anyone out as all people we dealt with were great but the lady on reception who dealt with us on arrival and collection Sally? was particularly helpful and cheerful and a credit to your company
Talking with your team at Snow of Exeter, I felt very relaxed and also relieved that they were able to help me get back on the road. From the moment I walked in I had a warm feeling ,, “and that was not from the coffee I had in my hand” but from the staff, I am and will sing praises about my experience. Thank you all. As we entered Snows dealership, we were greeted by Sally. Her smile set a relaxed atmosphere, which was extremely warm and friendly. She was hospitable, attentive, caring, and went the extra mile. We were then guided to Tony at our request and offered refreshments, which was welcoming. He was extremely professional and delved into all avenues in order to make his customers happy and comfortable. This young man serves the public well. Moreover, his mannerisms are impeccable. In the course of a driving career of over 50 years I have bought over 20 cars, always from reputable dealers and never from private individuals. All transactions have been acceptable, but none has been as pleasant as my recent purchase from Snows of Exeter. The negotiations with Manav were extremely cordial and fair, and the after sales service from Nikki has been superb. I highly recommend this dealership.
Disappointed that we had to wait so long for our new car, but we were very aware that the Sales Executive Abigail Morris was doing all she could to ensure a good service. We received first class, professional service throughout.
Excellent service from Ollie. He helped us choose the car that was right for us without any pressure and has been superb dealing with all our subsequent queries while we have been getting used to our new car. Also he methodically went through all of the finance products with us and explained how PCP works in such a way that we actually understood it. WOW. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and visited many main dealers but today was my first visit to a Toyota dealership and I could not have wished for a more enjoyable experience. Firstly I was greeted by Sally in the entrance to the dealership and she was an absolute joy to talk to. She was so warm and welcoming that I think she would brighten anyones day just from meeting her. Sally then introduced me to a wonderful young new sale executive call Joshua and he was just fantastic at negotiating and facilitating the steps necessary to purchase my new Supra. I do not have enough words to praise or recommend the dealership, they were simply fantastic and I really look forward to returning for service and further sales in the future. Many thanks S Phillips

Previously, I've rated this garage with 1* only since I've had to return many times for the same problem over and over again. After I met Laura manager from the service department, my mind changed. She has sorted out the problems going on with my vehicle promptly. Thank you Laura you're a superstar. I'm happy to give a 5* after the brilliant customer service.
