DO NOT USE!!!… I rented my car on 08/05/15 - 11/05/15 . I gave a deposit of £ 150 , today is 02/06/15 and they still haven't returned my deposit. I have called them 4 times and all the time is the same answer there has been a problem and they will return my money to my account within 48 hours. Obviously it is a lie. My recommendation is DONT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. Very bad customer service and I am still now waiting for my deposit back…. they don't care to resolve the situation. I am now forced to seek legal advice. Please if you want to rent a car don't make the same mistake as me and go to different company.

When a Family member fell ill whilst in Exeter I needed a small car for weekend at very late notice to tend to there care, I was met at Exeter St Davids Train Station very late on a Friday evening, took about 3 minutes to complete paperwork and I was on my way. I cannot express my grattitude enough for such a wonderfull, caring and professional service. All the other local rental suppliers did not want to know because of the last minute reservation and evening collection. And I was dealt with personnelly by the MD and Owner Neal Hewitt - Many, Many Thanks Nigel.

Although the hire came with "free breakdown cover", I was charged 80 pounds when I called out this breakdown cover for a flat battery. The company has told me that because it was my fault that I left the park lights on accidentally, it was not covered by the breakdown cover. No-where in the contract did it have any exclusions for flat batteries or any other causes. This money was taken from my account without my permission over 1 month after I finished the hire. The company obviously held on to my card details for this lenght of time, and then helped themselves to my account! I have emailed the company several times and they still refuse to give my money back.
