We buy all our skiing equipment from snow and rock find the assistant manager there Stewart very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to assist. Would recommend snow and rock but any skiing enthusiast

Went in to change a pair of trainers. Was left in the shoe area unattended for over 20 minutes while other customers who came after me were served. Not happy 😠

Poor service offered regarding bikes. No experts on hand at the weekend. Made to wait quite a while and my questions went unanswered.
Worth noting also that in a previous visit (granted, a couple of years ago), when I left the store with my newly purchased bike to ride home, I found that the handlebar was not tightened and turning it had little influence on the wheel. Could have had awful consequences. Would recommend smaller, more personal shops in future.

Spent 3 hours in this store for running shoes, a ski helmet and a fix for some painful ski boots. All the staff were amazing; helpful, friendly and they knew their stuff.
