A rather disappointing store. Prime location, lots of retailers in one shop, busy site and yet this store is rather drab. Not much in terms of offers or innovation. Staff are nice but not many around. Merchandise seemed limited and each area was rather limited. Seems a little confused about what the store is meant to be and perhaps ask retailers trying to have a 'stall' in the area without full commitment.

Seems to have staffing issues. Busy Saturday and very few staff in. No one on the shoe section, hardly anyone on the tills with big que and no staff visible on the shop floor. Might just be a one off but not a good experience

Appalling customer service!  Went to the Warehouse in Liverpool One who resolved my issue straight away even though I had bought the item in Outfit Bromborough!  Moral of the story - buy online or purchase from main store!

I would like to thank the lovely staff at outfit Bromborough 
I was taking my niece out for tea and cinema and we forgot to bring her change of clothes I didn't want her to have to have a night out in her school uniform so rushed to outfit just before closing 
The changing rooms were closed yet the lovers staff allowed my niece to change into the clothes while I paid at the till this made it so much easier than having to nip into local toilets to change x
