I was not happy with the service I had. I went to ask how to record songs on to a CD and if they could possibly do it for me but no the man turned around and said I am way to busy and I had said I need the CD for tomorrow he said you should have come earlier. And then he said I have no time to talk to u about this and went.

Excellent, asked details of problem with my computer, and deduced that it would be a fast fix ( no power to tower pic). Rang back within 45 minutes, price of repair extremely good, and then available for pick-up 1 hour later. Will definitely be using as my ' go-to' outlet, for any upgrades, repairs or buying computers. Don't think a comparable level of service would be possible from the big chains. Many thanks!

Excellent service and fairly priced. Solved a major problem with my pc tower within the week and pointed me to the most cost effective solution.
