As an international visitor, I was amazed to have find this store, conveniently near the London Gatwick Airport, just 12 minutes away by public bus, that you can take from either, North or South terminal. The store have plenty new toys , and classics. I was looking for Godzilla VS Kong, Jurassic Park, Nerf, among other stuff. Lot of stocks. What I liked more is their Friendly, kind and helpful staff. They also have the click and collect service, which I used while I was working, the pick up service is fast.nThe store is well organized, things are easy to find. My kid would love this store for sure.
We visited Crawley store last weekend.nWe were on the search for a shark water fun my youngest child had seen previously but we couldn’t find it. Staff member Maddie upstairs had a look on the system and asked a colleague to find it for us which they did, much to my sons delight.nMy eldest child has additional needs and finds public places challenging sometimes due to sensory needs etc. He also finds making decisions extremely difficult. We were upstairs and he had 2 wrestlers in his hand and was really trying to decide which one he was going to pick and becoming distressed.nA staff member Maddie upstairs overheard him struggling and us saying we would come back the next weekend to buy the second one he was going to be having a blood test so was allowed another treat the following weekend after this due to this being something he finds very difficult, so yes a bit of bribery…..nMaddie kindly offered to put one of the wrestlers aside so us to return the weekend after, she could make no guarantees but would try her best to keep it aside and for us to check the stock during the week.nI came back yesterday and got it for him, ready for his blood test today and saw Maddie again true to her word still had it. I have thanked her in person and also told a manager in store what a fantastic person she is.nThanks again.nnThere was also a lovely staff member last weekend downstairs who I didn't read their name but he was really helpful when we were comparing 2 water guns to see what the difference was. He was walking past and overheard us discussing it and stoped explained it to us and continued. Great service again.
Check the prices on the ticket against the till a 9.99 spider man toy came up as 29.99 on the till, when this was checked the correct price was 9.99. Hope they correct this on the till.
Fantastic store with a brilliant selection & variety of toys, gifts etc.nThe staff & customer service at this store is excellent. Friendly, welcoming & very knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble. We'll be back again soon. Thank you
I was very happy with the service I got from them and one particular worker Martin was fantastic he's knowledgeable and very helpful.
