I registered for work with Smile recently and have found them to be incredibly supportive and professional at every step. During the registration process, Charlotte was proactive and kept in regular communication, something which isn’t always the case with agencies. Emma has also been fantastic as my consultant. She listened to my preferences and as a result I’ve had some great experiences in local schools. I have consistent work coming from Smile and I know there is always a friendly face to listen to any concerns I may have. I’m glad I registered with Smile and would encourage anyone else to do so who is seeking work in the education sector.
I have recently joined Smile agency and I can honestly say my experience so far has been fantastic. Beth made me feel at ease during the registration process. Emma and Beth have been so supportive, attentive and have answered any questions. Emma has been great finding me consistent work that is close to home, she has listened to me and have found schools for me, which I really appreciate. I am extremely grateful and thank them both. From the moment I had the interview with Nicola at Smile Education I felt and confident and happy. She has been in touch with my ever since with regards to references and paperwork she always in touch. She also got my an interview in school with the best location within the few days of having the interview. She's pretty amazing! From all the agencies I have been contact with she is really caring and thoughtful already on look out for schools that location wise good for me as I don't drive yet. Thank you couldn't ask for a better agency I would 100 recommended to all my friends and family which I have done so already.

I have recently just started working with Smile Education as a teaching assistant. I’ve found that the staff are very friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful, one of them being Amber. She helped me get my paperwork sorted out so that I was able to start working quickly and was there to listen to me when I expressed any concerns. I am now really enjoying working with Smile and would recommend!
I've worked for many agencies in my 16 years of teaching, but honestly, Smile are the best agency I've worked for. I've been with Smile for a couple of weeks now, and I have daily work if I want it. I've also been offered 3 jobs in that time - 2 long term, 1 temp to perm. Chelsea and Hannah are the nicest, most down-to-earth people I've worked with. They work really hard for you and don't leave you in the dark. They are transparent about everything, and because of that, I really trust them, which is important. I would most certainly recommend them.
I have been with Smile for a few months now and it has been incredible so far to be able to have the opportunity to gain experience after graduating and putting my degree to use. I had an excellent experience with Smile Education this was my first time using an agency. Nicola was absolutely fantastic, prompt in setting up the interview process which was really easy and made me feel very comfortable with no nerves at all. Once the interview process was complete, Nicola found me work in a lovely nursery straight away and kept in touch with me through out the whole process and dealt with any issues straight away. I would thoroughly recommend this agency.
