Good agency. I worked through them for one month. the salary was paid, the work was provided. have never been deceived. Personally I recommend it.
Was told that they had some labouring work, gave them my details to begin the job only to arrive and find out that the contact they gave me wasn't on that site and the number was incorrect when I tried to call. The mobile number I got my contact details off of was also incorrect when I tried calling to see what the go was. In short, don't listen to this bunch of charlatans, lacking in competency and care. Absolutely useless, deadset.
My partner was offered a job and was told he would receive a call the day before to confirm the details. He didn’t receive a call, as promised, so he made contact to be told the job had now been filled. This was after them requesting personal documents with sensitive information that was apparently required to begin said job. It’s not acceptable to claim to be a recruitment agency and to leave hard working people in the lurch like that! Do not rely on this agency for work!
Had problems since joining this agency. Really poor staff training as the guy I dealt with didn't know the paying options and managed to put me under umbrella PAYE even after I specifically said I didn't want that. Had a lot of extra money for employers NI deducted from my wages. Keep trying to call and sort it and kept getting fobbed off with being told the manager would call me back. No one ever calls you back!! Now they've broken up for Christmas. Sorting out my wages clearly wasn't a priority for them over the last 3 days of chasing. The staff have the audacity to tell me to not get annoyed when they have taken money they shouldn't have, refuse to sort the problem out and never call you back. In fact one of them pointed out that it's my word against the staff member who had no idea how to do his job and put me on the right payroll process. My experience; don't go near them.
Horrible customer service. Not trustful agency Never recommend to go with them, don’t pay correctly. Keep away from them . Scammers
Bad experience with this recruitment firm. Another recruitment company facilitated with me getting a new job, and this firm jeopardised the opportunity by attempting to claim the commission. Underhand tactics. Lacking integrity. No consideration for the client.

Rude ,don't pay money ,still waiting for a weekends work !!! Two weeks I've waited an now they reckon I have to wait another week just to be paid !! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS AGENCY !!!! They don't pay on time ,fob you off when you call them !! Total waste of time !!!!!! Will post there phone recordings I took on social media then hopefully no one else has to go through this agency
