I like Off to Work as an employer. I have always had a job to go to over past 3 years 2 months. The flexibility is second to none. I can work or rearrange at any time. The office colleagues are supportive and friendly and work with you. The positions are often fun and you get to meet and work alongside real talent. I have discovered we are paid more than other agencies for some shifts.
All the staff I've worked with from OTW have been lovely and really friendly. Each day at work is different which makes working much more interesting. The staff working on the phone have been really helpful and very understanding when I've called with queries. The hours are flexible so fit really well around other jobs and study, plus the pay is very good compared to others working similar jobs which is a bonus :
Lovely place to work. I arrived in UK 2 years ago. I couldn't find a job, my English was low, I was lonely, I didn't even have friends. Only the door of OTW opened for me. I have never seen such support as from this team anywhere in England. My employees have become friends, my confidence and communication skills have grown to a very good level I saw lots of events, concerts, exhibitions. Good work always brings good support, great contacts and a nice salary. Don't delay.
I have been working for Off to Work since 2016 and am thrilled to be part of the team! If you want a way to make extra money flexibly and meet cool people in the most outstanding venues in London, you can't miss this fantastic and professional experience! I recommend it.
Its been an awesome experience working with you all at Off To Work and I am always excited looking forward to my next shift. OTW has an excellent attitude towards staff wellbeing and care. You can call them at anytime or day midnight or early morning and someone will always be there to listen. And again, I love that there is no worries traveling to a long distance shift, you will be taken there and brought back home. Our safety is always their priority. Thank you once again for giving me the opportunity to serve.
I work since 2013, never have any problem, no delays on payments. It is a serious agency and you are able to find different types of positions, Customers service, FOH, all levels of catering. I highly recommended to anyone who wants to manage their own time and get extra income.
Very best place to work, if you love the job. Very well organised, standard for having rules and following them. Sticking to all of them and taking them very seriously, so that the client knows, what the company promises, you'll be getting. Role model. Very professional, very fun, you get to join in and enjoy the fun at your assignments too believe it or not, even through all that pain from standing up too long or thirst. You should though, pick this job if you live in Birmingham, not close. It's much easier. And, remember as much as you can from induction, or where to find stuff you've forgotten. Anything you forget, can be your downfall. Very well kept office for employees too, they treat employees like clients.
I've been working for OTW since 2017 and I haven't stopped since! Stunning places to work stadiums, hotels, palaces and even travel! and the opportunity to meet people from all over the world, I really enjoy meeting people and other cultures. I choose the shifts i want, sometimes doesnt go as i planned but thats the way it is! Hospitality is a very dynamic industry. The team do what they can do and if you have the 'can-do' attitude you can build a career within the industry. The OTW team is very dynamic! Thanks to many of you! I think it's a great place to work. It is worth it!
A massive thank you to Frankie, Richard, and the staff for making our wedding day so amazing! You all were so friendly, happy, and attentive to all of our guests. A special thank you to Lucy in the office for helping my husband and I coordinate our special day from Florida. The experience to work with off to work company is going to be delightful as they are very flexible and friendly to work with the staff and the managers are really nice they will sort out each and every individual simple problems too . I strongly recommend to join and to start working with this company
