Was lied to from the start, i was told i would have a few weeks worth of work with the potential of another job straight after. When i turned up they was surprised to see me as no one from the Agency had told them i was coming. After 4 days i was told i was no longer needed. Phoned up the agency who then told me they will sort me another job out. Waited a week in hand still no phone call back......and NO payment either!!!! Was then lied to further saying there was an error with payroll. It took them til the week after to pay me. I would never reccommend this agency to anyone Absolute jokers
The most disorganised payroll department, I have ever known. Morson International own them and their payments were never late. Yet week in and week out, I abhor Fridays. Normally I would await Friday, with a great sense of achievement. Nowadays, it's one of dread. Fearing whether I will get paid or not, is just wrong. I ensure that I represent them and myself well, so the least they can do is pay me what is owed. AVOID and use another agency. SHAMBLES!!!

Do Not Deserve even 1 star, Christian Evans from Anderselite birmingham office guaranteed me a job on my return from a week away in italy, he kept asking me if i can definitely make it as an engineer had let him down before and needed to make a good impression, this was fine with me. I was due to start on the tuesday as i only got back from italy on the monday evening. He informed me on the friday evening before while i was in italy that the job had been cancelled leaving me with no option to find work for the week i returned. i managed to get hold of the client who told me that Christian was aware of the job being cancelled from the Wednesday, 2 days before he told me, he simple didnt bother to tell me that the job was cancelled, had he informed me immediately i could of made arrangements to start work on my return. SHAMBOLIC OUTFIT AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had a very positive experience with Anderselite. My consultant was Dean Impiazzi. He found me a very good employer, and was helpful and supportive throughout my employment. I just finished an 8 month contract and would work with Anderselite again with great pleasure. It is actually the best working experience I have had so far.
I have only ever come across one worse agency in terms of construction. They constantly lied to me when I briefly worked for them which is why I have now confined them to the scrapheap no pun intended. Give them a wide berth is my advice.
Do not work for these! Took a slinger role in Ely, was lied too to get me there. Was told by Rosie that it was ongoing and it was only a week. They didn't pay me either saying the client Mccarthey & Stone didn't want to pay!! Avoid!!!
absolutely rubbish was sent to a job that didn't need plasterers and was told for the inconvenience they would pay us for time we lost as we turned work down tried to message the bloke who said all this tried to call to get ignored waist of space they shouldn't be doing this job at all if I was them I'd quit and do something easy that you can't get wrong like counting fingers they would still get that wrong
Avoid this absolutely appalling agency at all costs, the staff are useless the consultants are useless especially Brad and his very rude boss Andy, hold back money every week, this agency needs closing down
Wouldn’t recommend working for these left an Agency job to go with these went to the job to get told I needed a medical which I wasn’t told when I accepted the job to sit in the bait cabin for two and half hours to get sent home and say I’m not needed they didn’t even know I was coming anderselitte had just chanced sending me and then andersellite said I wouldn’t be paid for the time I was sat there absolute piss take
After been messed around and lied to from Sophie from the Birmingham office which resulted to me loosing a days pay I left a bad review and then get a phone call from Dave I think his name was one of the directors from the London office wanting to know why I left a bad review he said he was getting to the bottom of it and ringing me back the same day that was two days ago still haven’t heard any thing when leaving my review I seen they have so many bad reviews I would advise stay well away so unprofessional!!!!!
