If I could leave a 0 star I would! We left this practice a nearly a year ago after an awful experience which left my partner in a lot of pain! We saw a rude dentist who didn’t even introduce himself, was rough and even thou could see my partner was in pain didn’t stop to check and made his gums bleed in multiple places from his poor placement of his tools! He was also very judgemental and accused my partner of lying after asking if he smoked when actual facts his teeth are week due to medications he took as a child! They also overcharged him and when he queried this 3 members of staff forced him
Into paying this! This is bullying and completely unacceptable! Please do not take your family or even yourself there! Your teeth and experience will be ruined! As a health professional myself I was shocked and disappointed people within this profession care this way! We left this practice within 12 hours of this experience!

I'm terrified of the dentist and as a result when I finally went I needed a lot of work, but everyone was so kind and understanding that I felt safe and looked after the whole time. The team are patient, kind and so understanding, especially Aarti and Jane!

NEVER GO THERE. YOU ARE AT RISK. THE DENTIST DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE QUALIFIED AND WON'T EVEN DISCLOSE THEIR NAMES WHEN ASKED. I SUSPECT, THEY HAVE ONLY ONE QUALIFIED DENTIST WHO IS THE OWNER OF THE PRACTICE AND THE OTHERS ARE NOT PROPERLY QUALIFIED IN UK. THEY ALL APPEAR TO BE FROM ABROAD AND HOLDING AN OVERSEAS QUALIFICATION. WHEN I TOOK MY KIDS FOR THEIR DENTAL APPOINTMENT HERE, I OFTEN FOUND THAT THE DENTISTS APPEAR TO DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING.
BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES.... VERY RUDE... ARROGANT AND NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS. OFTEN THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THAT YOU ARE TROUBLING THEM BY BOOKING A DENTAL APPOINTMENT.
MY KIDS SAYS, THEY WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I can not say bad word. I am with this dentist for 14 years. Very friendly. Never had any problem. Happy customer/patient so far.

AVOID at all cost! Dr Olu Sogbesan provided me with a routine filling which was quickly made within just 15 minutes and was reassured would last for " some time".
It fell out (after just 6 days after the procedure) and another dentist confirms I have had a sign of infection from poor filling installation.
I have nearly 20 fillings made elsewhere before I moved and never experienced such problems. I understand that the cavity was not adequately prepared for filling (no proper cleaning etc.) and the filling itself seemed did not fill the whole cavity as well - just a quick drop of a piece of dental material- I would do it better myself in front of mirror!
