Had veneers done just before Christmas and I’m very happy. I’m a very nervous patient but I felt no pain and I’m very pleased with the results . The reception staff are absolutely brilliant and the dentist herself is a genius. Would highly recommend

Really disappointed with the service - or lack of. Initially (before I handed over the cash) they seemed to be on the ball but then my treatment was booked in for the wrong amount of time which led to a rushed procedure and not being made aware of what colour bonding they were using on my teeth. I have been given conflicting advice every time I've had an interaction with them. They ended up telling me to go away AFTER they had done the composite and further whiten my teeth and then come back and "they'd see what they could do to correct it". I did as they asked, returned a couple of months later following home whitening treatment, as agreed and they then pretended they had no idea about our previous face to face conversation and wanted me to pay AGAIN (albeit at a 'discount') for them to fix their mistakes! They're so unprofessional, they just wash their hands of you once they've got your money. Never heard back from my last email to them; however they have found the time to leave a 'cover our tracks' comment which is full of inaccuracies below my Google review. Shocking!! If I could do it again I'd definitely choose somewhere else and wouldn't recommend to family or friends.

I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment and have to say that I have received excellent service from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with the results and cannot stop smiling : ) Dr Aisha and staff were very attentive to my needs and answered all questions I had. I had looked into having Invisalign for a while and decided that I would go for it just before I turned 40. It wasn't a decision I took lightly knowing the costs and treatment involved so I did look around for a while before I decided to have a consultation at Sale Dental Spa, however during the consultation I was made to feel comfortable and completely involved in all the processes so I knew exactly what would happen at what stage. At no time did I feel uncomfortable and I have to say that it the treatment for me was pain free. Having been a nervous patient of the dentist in the past, before I attended Sale Dental Spa and saw Dr Aisha I was apprehensive around attending the dentist every couple of weeks during the treatment and this did make me think twice about the treatment but once I had been put at ease and attended on a regular basis I started looking forward to going and especially seeing the difference it made, not only to my teeth but to my confidence too! I would highly recommend this dental spa and staff and for anyone thinking about going for Invisalign as it has certainly made me smile a whole lot more.
